Roll Massif COVID-19 Update
July 8th Update
The Roll Massif team continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation in Colorado and follow the guidelines from local & state government agencies as well as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our top priority has and continues to be the health and well-being of our riders, staff, volunteers, partners and host communities. We are committed to making decisions related to our 2020 events that align with this priority.
That being said, as of July 8th we have made the difficult decision to cancel all 2020 RMf. Sportives.
With the current public health concerns of COVID-19, varying regulations from the different county Public Health departments and uncertainty of what future variances will allow, we do not see a practical or safe way to execute any events this season. Given these unprecedented times, cancelling the ride is the right and responsible thing to do.
This decision was not made lightly. Some of our sportives have been an annual tradition for over 30 years. Thank you for trusting us to make the most sound decision around the health and well-being of all concerned. We look forward to hosting you at a Roll Massif event in 2021.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the current Protect Our Neighbor orders, we have made the following decisions specific to our sportives:
- Wild Horse Gravel – cancelled
- Sunrise to Sunset Elephant Rock – cancelled
- Elephant Rock Ride – cancelled
- Copper Triangle – cancelled
- Crooked Gravel – cancelled
- Sunrise to Sunset Winter Park – cancelled
- Tour de Vineyards – cancelled
- Tour of the Moon – cancelled
- VeloSwap – November 7th (tentative)
