Common FAQ’s

When is the Ride?

This year it will be on Sunday June 6, 2021.  

 

Where is the Ride?

Registration, packet pick-up, start/finish, awards and the after party all take place at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

How do I register?

Registration is currently open and close Monday May 31, at midnight MST.  You can register through BikeReg.com.

Sorry, no mail in registrations.

 

Will there be day-of registration?

Yes, we will have walk up registration at the following times at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.  Click here for more details
Saturday June 5th – 1 to 7pm
Sunday June 6th – 5 to 9am

 

How can I confirm my entry?

You may confirm who has entered the race by going to BikeReg.com and checking the confirmed riders.

 

I need to transfer my entry to someone, how does that work?

You can transfer your entry on BikeReg.com until May 15th for a fee of $25

 

I need to edit my entry on Bikereg, my name is spelled wrong. How do I do that?

Yes, you have the ability to edit your registration information, category, team name, etc. through your BikeReg.com registration for the event.  Deadline for making changes is May 15th

 

Can I change the course I registered for?

You are welcome to ride a shorter course than you registered for without making any change to your registration.  If you wish to upgrade your course, you will need to contact support@rollmassif.com for instructions on how to accomplish this

 

Where and when is Packet Pick Up?

If you registered prior to May 2, you will be able to pick up your ride credentials May 24 – 28 at a local bike shop.  Click here for all participating shops.

 

When does the ride start and what are the wave start times?

Like any other year, we will have a rolling start.  Please start during these recommended times:
5:30 am to 7:00 am – 100 Mile
6:00 am to 7:30 am – 60 Mile
7:00 am to 8:30 am – 44 Mile and 28.5 Mile
9:00 am – Family Ride (Police Escort Start) 

 

Is camping available?

Yes, you can do this when you register.  We will offer camping both Friday and Saturday.  We need to be completely out of the Fairgrounds on June 6th by 7:00pm so overnight camping on Sunday night is not permitted

 

What is available after the ride?

As part of the ride includes a grab and go lunch.  Stick around for a beer and check out the expo with all the latest gear.  See the weekend schedule here

 

Are the kids ride free?

Yes, all youth under the age of 18 ride free.  We will also have a 12 and under kids race FREE on Sunday starting at 1pm.  

 

Are e-bikes allowed?

Yes, E-bikes are welcome on all courses for this event

 

Where do I pick up pre ordered merchandise?

If you purchased merchandise prior to March 31, that merchandise will be in your packet.  If you ordered after April 1, your merchandise will be avaiable at the merchandise tent at the event.  

 

Can I exchange pre ordered merchandise for a different size?

Please visit the merchandise booth and we will be happy to make an exchange if we have the correct size if available.  However, it must have the tag on it and must have not been worn or ridden in.  

 

Can I add merchandise to my registration?

You can add merchandise to your registration until May 4th by logging onto your account with events.com

 

Are dogs allowed at the expo?

We ask that you leave your pets at home for the comfort and safety of the pets and the participants

 

Can I camp on the Fairgrounds on Sunday night?

We need to be completely out of the Fairgrounds by 7:00pm so overnight camping on Sunday night is not permitted

 

Can I pick up a packet for a friend or family member?

You are welcome to pick up packets for friends or family without making any special arrangements
