Common Elephant Rock Questions


Are e-bikes allowed?

Yes, E-bikes are welcome on all courses for this event


When does online registration close?

Online registration closes on Sunday, May 31st at midnight


Can I register the day of the event?

We will be accepting walk on registrations for all courses


When/where can I pick up my packet?

Packet pick up is at the Douglas County Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 6 between 3:00 and 7:00pm and on Sunday, June 7 between 5:00 and 9:00 am


 Can I pick up my packet early?

If you registered prior to May 4th, your packet will be available for pick up at select bike shops in Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs the week of May 26th to the 29th.  The day and time for each city will be posted on our website at www.rollmassif.com/elephantrock/packet-pick-up


Do I need to let someone know where I want to pick up my packet?

We will bring all packets of those registered prior to May 4th to each location so you don’t need to specify where you want to pick yours up


Where do I pick up pre ordered merchandise?

Pre-ordered merchandise will be with your rider packet, you will need to order by May 4th. 


Can I exchange pre ordered merchandise for a different size?

Please visit the merchandise booth and we will be happy to make an exchange if we have the correct size


Can I add merchandise to my registration?

You can add merchandise to your registration until May 4th by logging onto your account with events.com


Can I change the course I registered for?

You are welcome to ride a shorter course than you registered for without making any change to your registration.  If you wish to upgrade your course, you will need to contact support@rollmassif.com for instructions on how to accomplish this


Are dogs allowed at the expo?

We ask that you leave your pets at home for the comfort and safety of the pets and the participants


Can I camp on the Fairgrounds on Sunday night?

We need to be completely out of the Fairgrounds by 7:00pm so overnight camping on Sunday night is not permitted


Can I pick up a packet for a friend or family member?

You are welcome to pick up packets for friends or family without making any special arrangements
