62-MILE ROAD

This course traverses the high plains between Denver and Colorado Springs. On clear days, cyclists enjoy views of the Front Range from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak.

If the 60-plus miles and 3,700ft of elevation gain aren’t enough of a challenge, we’ll also have a timed KOM/QOM segment on Tomah Road to test you and your buddies.

Don’t worry about stuffing your jersey pockets with food or drinks; we’ve got you taken care of with three feed stops out on course.

Tagalong bike trailers and Burley-style trailers are not permitted on this course.

Start Time: 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Miles:
60.5
Elevation Gain: 3,700ft
Aid Stations:
17, 38 and 49 miles

Sag wagons will rove the course with additional water and supplies, while providing roadside assistance to those experiencing mechanical problems or those who become too fatigued to finish. Please be prepared however to handle your own flats and minor repairs.  Road Marshals, Colorado State Patrol and Rapid Response will be on hand to help make your ride safe and enjoyable.
