This course traverses the high plains between Denver and Colorado Springs. On clear days, cyclists enjoy views of the Front Range from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak.

Please note, the return route is slightly different than what was originally posted due to road construction. We want to ensure that you have the best experience.

Don’t worry about stuffing your jersey pockets with food or drinks; we’ve got you taken care of with three feed stops out on course.

If you want to get in on a little friendly competition, we have a timed segment at miles 20-22, the start and finish of which will be marked with red KOM/QOM signage and black Roll Massif banners.

Start Time: 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m (please plan to start early)
Elevation Gain: 3,700ft
Timed Segment: Miles 20-22
Aid Stations: 14, 25, and 47 miles

Sag wagons will rove the course with additional water and supplies, while providing roadside assistance to those experiencing mechanical problems or those who become too fatigued to finish. Please be prepared however to handle your own flats and minor repairs.  Road Marshals, Colorado State Patrol and Rapid Response will be on hand to help make your ride safe and enjoyable.

Tagalong bike trailers and Burley-style trailers are not permitted on this course.
